Brooks & Dunn Announce Their Last Rodeo Together
After more than 20 years together and soon to be 14 albums, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn have announced that their trail ride together has come to an end. In a public announcement on their website, Brooks & Dunn say that they are calling it quits after one final concert tour. Together, they have won the CMA Duo of the Year awards more often than any other duo (15 times) and had 23 number one songs.
According to the announcement, "This ride has been everything and more than we could ever have dreamed.... We owe it all to you, the fans. If you hear rumors, don't believe them, it's just time."
The duo has confirmed that they will hit the concert trail together one last time in 2010. The tour will be aptly dubbed "The Last Rodeo."
